Boujee Tan ("we," "us," or "our") is a luxury mobile spray tanning service serving the greater Los Angeles area, including Santa Clarita, Valencia, Pasadena, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and surrounding communities. We do not operate any physical salon or retail location — all services are performed at the client's chosen location (home, hotel, event venue, or other agreed-upon site).

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at boujeetan.com and your booking of our mobile spray tanning services. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Boujee Tan provides mobile spray tanning services including Classic Tan, Rapid Tan, Bridal Tan, and Group & Party packages. All services are performed by a trained technician at a location of your choosing within our service area.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for tanning results that are affected by skin conditions, medications, skincare products, or failure to follow pre- and post-tan care instructions provided at the time of service.

We do provide spray tanning services to clients under the age of 18. A parent or legal guardian must be present at the time of service for any client under 18 years of age and must provide verbal or written consent before the service begins.

By booking a service for a minor, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of the minor and accepts full responsibility for the minor's participation in the service.

Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or via Instagram direct message. All bookings are subject to availability.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, equipment issues, or travel conditions. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you promptly and offer an alternative appointment time.

We travel to clients throughout the greater Los Angeles area. A travel fee may apply depending on your location's distance from our base in Santa Clarita:

• —Up to 10 miles: $10 travel fee
• —Up to 15 miles: $20 travel fee
• —Up to 25 miles: $30 travel fee

Travel fees are disclosed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline bookings outside our standard service area.

Boujee Tan is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from our spray tanning solutions. It is your responsibility to inform us of any known skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boujee Tan's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for staining of clothing, bedding, furniture, or other personal property that may result from the spray tan solution. We recommend wearing loose, dark clothing after your appointment and following all aftercare instructions provided.

All content on boujeetan.com, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Boujee Tan and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our site or booking a service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
